Yeah, I would just use some double sided tape to hold that adopter in place so it’s out of sight.

I didn't take the off-road control panel off like you did, I just hid everything behind the black strip plastic piece then 3M double sided tape the USB dongle to the black strip plastic piece. Good info on doing it this way though!

You do need to remove the crawl control because you need to be able to tuck the o e m plug back up into the headliner

Looks like you reinstalled the upper wire cover upside down, leaving a gap between the cover and the headliner. OOPS.

I'm in the market for a dashcam and that model seems to be the best on the market currently, but some reviewers have noted that it requires more power than other dashcams.

Yes parking mode works but it’s limited to 10 sec since it’s not always powered
