4th axis machining on the Haas with the hrt160

Another job on the 4th axis hrt160,
Just taking it slowly and it could probably be run harder and faster but this is not time critical so taking it nice and steady and as i get more used to what it handles compared to how parts are held i will run it harder and faster

can we put a dove tail vice on that rotary and then dove tail a large block of metal and machine 4 of the 6 faces on the spot? or is there something preventing that kind of 4th axis machining?

Yes you could use a horizontal tombstone set up for small parts
