I appreciate you sharing how you use Hearth & Story. Its something I am considering for my younger daughter in the future and you gave me some ideas of how I could set it up.

Hello Kara. Where did you get the health workbook pages?
@TheMommaLibrarian2 ай бұрын
They are from the student activity book that goes with the textbook. I got mine on eBay.

I had the same issue with the LitHouse Learning and CC. It’s really wonderful it correlates to different curriculum, but I just can’t handle another moving part.

Do you have a video about Writing Rhetoric? Or can you provide more info on it?
@TheMommaLibrarian2 ай бұрын
I don’t think I have anything current posted on it. I can share more in my October update, as we will be finishing it this month. It is not secular, but we are able to make it work for us.

We use Dimensions and the videos for math, too! We've been doing one day for the textbook and the following day for the workbook, but it's taking a long time. We're still working on 5B, and it's already October! Now, I sit down with her to watch the video and complete both the textbook and workbook in a single day. She doesn’t like it, but it has to get done. *sigh* Could you share why you chose "Science Mom" as your science curriculum? We haven’t done much science yet, and my daughter is currently using Evan Moor's Daily Science to fill in some gaps in her knowledge. I’m searching for a more comprehensive science curriculum for her after she completes the workbook, and I would appreciate any insights you can provide.

I can try to do a video at some point but they offer their earth science course for free which is how we started, trialing that last year. I think that was the first course they did so it’s not as good as future classes, and I think the first few videos are not a good representation of the rest of the course, but it’s a good way to check it out for free!

Thank you for the information! A free course sounds great! I will definitely check it out and see if it works for us. Thanks again!
