For future reference Jocko, when doing a vertical weld, start at the bottom and work your way up, not top down. It is much easier to control your weld pool working bottom up :)

great work jocko next upgrade you should do is a turbo motor will make it have more power

Jock, you are a legend, how did you pretty much build an entire canopy in less than 24 hrs, unbelievable.

Hey, Jacko, how about fixing some of those panels, even though the Pony is a bit of a rock crawler, be good to see it straight and maybe a raptor coating

Jocko, stupid auto correct

DO NOT raptor coat in my opinion, biggest mistake I've ever made on my HJ60 was raptor coating it. Just my 2c worth.
@warrenpnigel90702 жыл бұрын
@@murraystapleton7903 why is that mate? Curious as I was considering it
@murraystapleton79032 жыл бұрын
@@warrenpnigel9070 I did all the preparation correctly as the instructions stated after I welded in my roof repairs, decided to respray the whole vehicle while I was at it as opposed to just the roof (if you saw the paint you’d understand). By far the biggest issue is that within the first year after painting the raptor began to just flake and chip off from touching it or scratching the panel edges, as well as it just flaking off in flat areas after scratches occurred. The textured finish I don’t mind as I used the adjustable gun (quite a fine finish) but the sheen levels of the finished paint are all over the place, it makes the panels look wavy, not straight, and just cheap and crap. But in its defence, in its time it has saved me from multiple trees. If I had the option to redo it I’d definitely just do a cheap acrylic spray through a gun instead. Now I’m having to do the job twice…. Also it’s horrible to clean, not that I clean my truck anyway, but the water blaster doesn’t even look at getting rid of dirt or mud on it and you can’t scrub it off easily. Just my experience but everyone I know who has raptored their 60 has regretted it….hope this helps mate.

Nice video Jocko, entered the comp and the kickass products look good and seem to have some good thought put into the design. My only problem, and i have no issues subscribing to companies newsletters and such if they are considerate about the volumes, i have had 5 emails from them in 2 days. It is honestly over kill and i think is the quickest way to get customers to unsubscribe from receiving marketing material. The companies that send emails sparingly are the ones i stay subscribed to.
