Recruit defeated legendary lords mod for the AI will make sure he is somewhere. Or liberate all factions so you can resurrect him once you get to his starting position. Both mods are very well maintained and reliable. The saving grace of Warhammer 3 is how easy it is to mod. Take advantage of it!

I guess there isn't really that much to draw from lorewise for the chaos gods since they don't actually really live on the warhammer fantasy world. But corrupted versions of Athel Loren and the other magical forests would be pretty neat. Maybe something similar for captured Dawi strongholds since Ku'gath in particular really hates the shorties for being so hard to infect. Defiled tombs or something.

I love the way that Malakai's trait is something that Dawi factions would love to have access to... Same as Kislev with Little Grom and the Empire's Hellstorm Rockets, as well as Grand Cathay's Fire Rain Rockets and possibly Grand Cannons... Why does it help the Ordertide Factions more than the Chaos ones (outside of the Skaven and Chorfs)!? That said... Chorf Mortars with 10% more radius will be straight up broken.

I wouldn't mind additional 'desecrated' type landmarks. In particular Hell Pit and Skavenblight, they are big important places which can be annoying to take over but only have landmarks for Skaven.

I havent really played wh1 or 2. Got into it on the third one. Immortal empires is such a fun thing. Tried a little bit greenskin yesterday. But we will see if I try more until the expansion , witch I really hope deliveres. New landsmarks and defeat train is so cool. Seeing at 3.30 with Neferata, I really hope we get her soon. Probably the legendary lord I want most even if there is alot of cool once I want.From reading around for varius factions/races there and 50s if not more possibilites. I have a whole list on my phone. Anyway whats the likeyhood of getting say something between Tod and say midt July? Or do you think after ToD it will be quiet for a while? Didnt Nuln have landmark buildings in early wh games? Anyway it would be cool if you managed to convince them with the landmark buildings for Epidemius, Barak Varr, Karag Drum would be nice . It just occurred to me that you can probably farm the dwarf defeat traits with dwarf lords now without compromising your ability to recruit the lords in question thanks to the new grudge system. So now you can farm Thorek's insane trait on your lords before forcing a confederation with him. Also if Elspeth gets 50 % for her knights with the iron resolve ability then surely Ungrim's slayer ability is also getting buffed back to 50 % from 75 %? Otherwise there's something weird going on in CA's logic. EDIT: holy shit Tarmurkhan's defeat trait is absolutely the best thing in the game for Tomb Kings. Just wow.

Btw The Oak of Ages landmark is just a copy of the one that skaven have already, and probably that should be available for all if not most factions, and that goes for every big tree, i mean, taking down a gigant tree in a really bad climate should give something in exchange at least.

Did they change Ghorsts defeat trait yet? one of the annoying things about fighting him as Ku'gath was that his defeat trait is useless for him. I think a good thematic change would have been to give him immune to contact effects but I see they already gave that to Epidemius.

Idk, some defeat traits are generally useful while others are situational. Ghorst's trait is pretty good for other lords even if it's not for Ku'gath. At least it's not Mannfred's.
