There is a limit on how much the landlord can raise your rent if you are in a rent stabilized apartment. These are in buildings built before 1974. The rent increase is decided by the Rent Guidelines Board. Rent stabilized apartments are a bit hard to find though

i live in india. I know python, power BI, SQL. Does foreigners get direct jobs in the US? Have u encountered such people. Masters takes 2 yrs and i am 28 yr old, don't wanna spend 2 yrs....any suggestions. Their must be other ways for getting jobs. For data engg...do we just need to know ETL only?
