I can't justify spending many thousands of dollars for air travel. Just can't wrap my head around the dollars. Your plane ticket cost about as much as my entire trip to Thailand. I'd much rather bite the bullet, save the 4 grand and spend it when I get to my final destination. I mean that is some serious money. That said, economy definitely is torture for a long distance flight, especially if they stick you in a middle seat. Maybe I'd feel differently if I were a millionaire. Nice vlog buddy.

Thanks! And I actually didn’t spend anywhere near that amount - that’s just the normal retail price of the ticket. If you checkout different airline site and look specifically for Qatar you can find some heavily discounted prices between a combination of using points and dollars - out of pocket this ticket ran about 2k but ecom direct from Qatar was about 1.4K - it takes a lot of searching but you can find some deals if your flexible with dates
