Yes thats what i do. I have more cals weekend and less during week abd works for me. Everyone is different and you do what works for you. Xx 👍

Gems you can see you’ve lost weight in your face… You got this and like I’ve said before “balls to that” if you happen to have a dip…. 800 cals my ass! Basically what I’m trying to say is, your beautiful, you have a lovely family… focus on that, they love you the way you are 🩷 Lose weight for you, don’t beat yourself up. Stay healthy and stay happy.

What has helped me a lot is ' Time Restricted Eating ' . I do 10 / 14 which is easy . I eat nothing after my evening meal until breakfast at about 9-0 am . I'm retired so I can do this . xx

Hi hun. I’ve always wanted to try the 5.2 diet but nervous as I’d find 800 calories very tricky. Do you find it hard or do you get used to it? I’ve heard it’s very effective. I guess it’s just 2 days. Couldn’t imagine 800 calories everyday. Do you exercise on the days you have 800 calories? Remember though, don’t panic hun about getting into your clothes. You look so lovely 🥰. You’re good looking lady. Just keep doing what you are doing and you’ll be great hun. You’re like me, I’m around 1800 calories for my deficit. My downfall is drinks and takeaways at weekend. We shouldn’t restrict ourselves too much as it’s not always sustainable. Thanks for sharing hun. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤xxx

Have you had a look what your Fitbit says you burn everyday day ,and then take your deficit off of that ?

Aw never thought of that…..good idea. I average at 2428 so taking 500 off for a 1ib loss a week would be 1928. Definitely something to consider. Thank you x
