I see a lot of you people in the comments are sad that you can't buy such a house and are dreaming hard and praying that you earn crores so that you can buy it. I say it is much simpler and more fun to instead go on a vacation twice a year to some beautiful places like this. You could do this right now instead of dreaming or waiting for years to amass crores. Imagine - 1) You earn 5.5 crores, buy such a house, but you barely get to stay in it for a few days a year. You get bored of the same view after a few visits. You spend money on the house regularly and get worried about the upkeep (structural damage, servants quitting, security issues etc.) 2) You spend 50K - 1 lakh a year to go on vacation and stay in some nice cosy hotels/resorts. You worry about nothing, you spend just a portion of your yearly income. You can visit different locations every year. Which one sounds better? :)

In Lonvla, you could easily find lots of properties/plots (small/mid) around 1.5 - 3 Cr and then you can do interiors/exteriors as per your choice which will add more 40-70 lkh. In short, one can buy a new plot 2.5cr + 50Lkh (interiors) = 3 cr .

I have stayed in this bungalow. We had planned a stay for 4 night but unfortunately we had to move out on the second day. The walls of the room on the ground floor started leaking water because of the plumbing not done rightly. The kitchen had the same problem but here the pipes of the power toilet used to leak and puddle the area with water. I really love wooden architecture and that's Why we booked this bungalow it's a really beautiful piece of construction and a really nice change for the city dwellers but the maintenance is really bad. There are a lot of technical issues like plumbing and water clogging. Even the tiles next to the swimming pool are broken. I would have really loved my stay if we wouldn't have faced the above problems. Who ever plans to take this bungalow consider the extra cost of repairing it before use also wood finishes also add up to the cost. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR PURCHASE 👍

I have a house in same area, it rains massive in this part, the wooden finishing would generate lots of maintenance cost after few years. the wooden furniture also develops moisture in this part. Location is great and the design of the bungalow is awesome, only doubt is the wood work.

It's looking hardly 50- 60 lac construction. Road side garden elements, very old fashioned and goudy interior. Looking good only because it's new and it's location. Being an architect in the hospitality sector, My team also have worked on similar kinds of projects. I have design options for the same context and functional requirements, and also I believe our design is better. And how? allow me to explain. In this design, architecture responds to the context but the interior is quite off. Which should be a more safari style to blend with the context (Nature) and more pleasing aesthetically. And also, we should not disturb the land by projecting the built-up above from the ground as the major requirement of this house is the outdoor view and luxury enough to experience living with nature off to the city hosh posh. for example, In the city, we build a stilt floor to provide parking and habitable space above. the same idea should be followed in the hill area also, so we can retain/preserve the maximum area of the ground and make the habitable space above. Agree? If no, please criticize.

5.5 CR is expensive for amarja. 2.50 CR 1 acre plot price with proper fencing provided by Nanak group. construction will cost around 75lac and furnishing 50 lacs on luxury end. Just an opinion some1 could actually buy the acre plot rather than half acre. Also a tip check plot no 100 on amarja. That’s is worth spending 5.5cr. Thank me later

Rainbowslimes INDIA I shared the actual price which is from the Nanak group of whom is in amarja hills. The owner can charge whatsoever price he/she needs. But considering I shared rates coz I’ve enquired it in feb 2020 and have booked amarja properties from airbnb. Had made showreels for them too. And the 5.5cr is way too much. Check arowana property online their plot number 100 in amarja. In 5.5cr you can have 1 acre and 10k sqft villa with a huge pool for that check Villanine site too.
