I lived in Oklahoma City for 7 years and you are spot on, its always windy there. If I lived there I would go to work for you in a heart beat. You ammo selection is great! I purchased some of the PMC green tip and it shoots very well indeed.

I think most shooters who are better equipped and more experienced in precision shooting can do substantially better with these 3 products than I did. I am more of a recreational shooter, and it was super windy that day, w/ 25 mph gusts, the lower had a stiff mil-spec trigger with a hard pull. I would have to get a better trigger set up and spend more time at the range to realize the full potential of the ammo. I believe that US mil-spec for M855 ammo is basically 4" group at 100 yards, so even with my rusty skills and not-so-refined rifle, we got to that or better, with PMC grouping at about 2 inches which was impressive. About the best you can hope for from M855 type ammo is 2" @ 100yards given the 2 piece core and slight variations you can expect from a mass produces ammo of that type

PMC is good stuff. I might need to purchase more in the future. I had 5 rounds leftover from a box and hit 4 rounds in 4 clay pigeons at 100 yards in my Ruger AR-556, standing with an LPVO.

Its good and reliable but xtac is extremely dirty, it gums up my cans like 3x faster than lake city 5.56

I use PMC green tip and out of my 11.5" Super Duty with an LPVO I have about 50% hits at 600 yards, 75% at 500, and 90% at 400 and in. Good enough ammo for me.

Thank you, Sam! That's what I have been looking for for quite a bit. The LC and IMI 5.56 ammo has virtually disappeared from the online sales, while the PMC is still widely available, so I needed both, the accuracy and velocity tests to see if I had to keep looking for IMI or LC, or switch to PMC.

Pmc has always worked for me. Way better than LC just my personal exp with a particular rifle. It’s not match ammo but it’s consistent, “cheap” and clean. Well packaged, one can even get it on strippers in bulk or “battle packs” of 120 in sealed handy size air/water proof bags in boxes of 20. Not a sniper or DM but I shoot at 600 and they all land on a trash can lid with a 4x from a 16” barrel

I have a little tip for ya check your barrel twist rate on that particular gun if it is not a 1/7 twist rate you being a salesman can easily change it up to a 1/7 then you will have better luck with heavy bullets like the green tip - great video i enjoyed it very much 🪖😎🇺🇸👍🏻👍🏻

I've seen the Winchester LC M855 group around 1.5 MOA on a few channels. Much better than expected. 🤠

Yep. M855 with the proper load and a rifle that likes it can group well. I've seen a Radian Model 1 shoot Federal M855 into a 1.02 inch group at 100 yards.

I usually get around 1.5-inch groups with the Winchester green tip ammo at 100 yards.

Good vid. I have never had any M855 shoot worth a damn. M193 good enough, MK262 outstanding. I know, I know....it is not benchrest ammo. But it is somewhat cheap to get.

Best factory M855 ammo I've shot is the no longer sold American Eagle M855. Still have several 20 rd. boxes of it. It averaged just over 2 moa at 109 yards. Not my cup of tea when it comes to accuracy, but it's good enough for it's intended purpose.
