In the rock and surf game I think the Horizon is the best in the world. Lure casting etc is a whole other game

Nice one. Pity you guys do not ever talk about the gaurentees on the expensive fishing gear. One hear horrific stories of time lapse and tug of war with the agents of these brands when it gets to claims. My son bought a okuma euphoria and a blue fish and within a year both rods has rust under the bindings on the rings. And these rods are washed in luke warm water with soap and a sponge after each outing.

Sorry to hear, my bluefish classic is over 4 years old. Even fresh water can cause corrosion. Would never recommend a rod I wouldn't know is quality and is backed by decent agency. I don't rinse mine every time but maybe check you not storing away while damp or in a damp spot. A light silicone spray might also be an idea on your guides.

Take a look at Franna and Duvan these are guys that now what is happening. You guys want to look heros but throw name away not saying you are useless your marketing is all wrong. Sorry. Even Duvan is a very accomplished fisherman and represented his country. These guys are one of the best shows around.

@ColinSymons the difference between Franna, Zander, Duvan and Untraceble is that the first group fish and Untraceble deal in equipment. From that perspective Untraceble is light years ahead of the other, and can give you advice, from experience, over a wide spectrum of brands and products. None of the other guys come close.

While everyone is entitled to an opinion, many anglers are interested in buying from Temu. I bought some swivels which were tiny compared to our normal size 6. Often pricing there is not a great deal. We try hard to be honest and transparent.
