I’m 5ft10 15yr old I think I started touching rim on 10ft or 9ft11. Any tips or secrets I need help on my bounce really bad

@@N54_Jahzy don't listen to that advice... Just practice dunking on a short rim for 30-45 mins Max jumps warm up and do some split squats and a cool down stretch when your done... Don't jump for 3-4 day until you completely recover and repeat. Doing this you should gain about a inch or so a week.
