What about chicken breast, egg whites, lean mince beef, fruits, solid vs liquid cals, thermic effect and so on.

White eggs and chicken breasts, works as well. I have been consuming those regularly in my fat loss.

Thank you for this amazing feedback! - I have included food items that both vegetarians and non vegetarians can consume to speak to a wider audience. - Chicken breast and lean beef are amazing examples of low calorie, high protein food. - Eggs are very calorie dense. 1 egg has 90kcal in it. Howevere, since it has 6g protein and amazing micronutrient profile, so you can definitely consume that (but count the calories!). - We also talk a lot about liquid v solid cals on this channel, would love you to be a part of this small community:) - Thermic effect is the reason why protein has the highest satiety index out of all the macronutrients. I have not mentioned the term as such, but have talked about satiety index of protein!
