I have a recommendation that’s usually quite unpopular. Because it involve a lot of extra work. In my eyes it’s worth it tho. Use scaffolding and also harness as a rule. I had a work accident some years ago where I fell and ended up falling down onto ladder with my back. For every step of ladder I got damage in my spine and only luck that I did not hit head on a step too. It took me a long time to get back to work and I’m still having issues 8 years later that limit what I can do. So please learn from my mistake and be careful brother. I can’t work with my arms above my chest at all anymore. Inner musculature in lower back don’t hold so outer must do all the work. Don’t end up like me where you had to go to physio therapy for a loooong time to get back to an approximation of what I could do before.
