Once the dammage is done,it is hard to to pick yourself up from the ground to start all over again. You have to start early in your life to take care of these things and then keep goin. Most people which are succsessful having a good time management and a masterplan of discipline what they like to do and how do it right. To do so over a long time is a challenge. Hang in there......

I got caught out on the snacking I had osteoporosis and a scare. I'm never eating like that again and keeping my weight down. So what if im skinny I needed muscle not fat. I had 1 bad year and it cost me. Sometimes you know yourself best. I was slower and puffer. I'm not stating that this happens everyone depends on many factors. Next year I want to find someone nice and be able to live my life better. No one wants to be where I am but I've got myself to blame. It's all about self improvement but I do enjoy the odd indulgence once in a while.

Here in Britain and completed Health and Nutrition certificate this year and can say the facts in this video are true. There are different lifestyle and it can be to do with busy people, that snack, or substitute meals without staying with a three meal planner. Good eating guide cuts out crisps (potato chips), fizzy drinks and chocolate/biscuits because people binge on those foods. The health risk are detriment. The idea is to know your own body BM score, not necessarily give up on foods, but eat more fresh fruit, vegetables and oily fish. A big section is about positive body image and eating disorders, some with labeling, manufacturing advertising and food preparation among everything else. It's that obesity and diabetes, coronary disease and other conditions are on the rise and triggered by poor diet. It's worth knowing. The thing with fast food, takeaways ect, they are not being honest with salt and sugar content. Some food manufacturers do the same. Anything advertised Fat free. It's not actually fat free. Exposes a lot of taboos.

Inspire Video Marketing, "... only the things left by those who hustle." But that is not true. New, or better, "things" become available constantly. People who "hustled" to the grocery store this morning were not able to get the fresh head of lettuce that was put on the shelf this afternoon just before I arrived to pick it out. A company that hustled its product to market was not able to incorporate some desirable new technology that their competitor knew to wait for. By waiting for the third model year to buy a new car model I avoided experiencing many of the defects that "early adopters", who had to be the first on their block to have the newest version, got to help the manufacturer discover.

Detrimental snacking is only dangerous because of excess carbs.. you are never satisfied because carbs=cravings. You only get inflammation because the carbs cause the fat to get stored faster. Its CARBS people. The right fat is perfectly safe. Oh and while eating carbs, you'll never ever use fat for energy. The body will choose carbs over fat as long as you're eating both. This video was almost accurate 👍 High fructose and natural cane sugar spike insulin all the same... so again its carbs

I was with him until he got to the diet part. I don't think he's got this quite right. He should focus more on sugars and oils, not "saturated" fat in butter and beef. And I'm pretty sure salt is not "disastrous" unless you stop eating it.It's probably the unhealthy fat and high levels of cheap salt on popped corn that is the problem.

I don’t disagree with this advice but I would be wary of the health advice. You need sodium to live. The consequences of too little sodium will vastly outweigh the consequences of too much sodium. You should aim to get at LEAST the daily recommended amount. You should instead strive to avoid foods with super concentrated levels of sodium (like soy sauce) because that will make you bloated. And you should be wary of eating certain salty foods while dehydrated because the salt can cause thirst, which will often be confused with hunger. Saturated fats are controversial, but the only evidence of their harm are with observational studies that don’t account for other factors, such as sugar consumption, sleep, smoking, etc. Generally, Americans who high eat high levels of saturated fat will also combine it to their diet with refined carbohydrates, or the saturated fats they eat are highly processed with possibly harmful chemicals, such as burgers from fast food joints. So don’t avoid foods such as coconuts, grass fed meat, or nuts (fun fact, many of the “healthier” fats still pack plenty of saturated fat)

Expectation of oneself. For some reason nobody mentions this, but I think this is one of the most profound factor that plays out whether a person is going to be successful or not. Some people just have no drive to work harder or achieve higher goal because they have no motivation. Sometimes they just stop because they are already adequately satisfied where they are. A case in point, I had to get into a job that pays me $100,000. I think this is partly due to the fact that my father made around that much. While some may think that is adequate, I would actually rather kill myself if I were to work entire year and make $100,000 and not even getting closer to paying off my mortgage. It may seem weird, but it is so true. I rather die than have this rat race life. So I have in the end higher expectation of myself than some others. And some may have higher expectation of themselves than I do. This is why usually working class people stay working class and upper class people stay in upper class. We are almost certain to die in a class we were born into.
