Apart from securities law and business law module 2 covers mainly financial management and accounts we studied in Mcom syllabus.. But 1st module is tougher than 2nd module.. I am planning to attend in cs executive exam in dec. 2022

@@chanwhen after completing 12th you have to register yourself for cseet (cs executive entrance test ) with icsi ( the institute of company secretaries of india) and after clearing cseet exam you will further enroll for cs executive and after clearing cs executive exam there is one more stage cs professional and articleship of 21 months after this you will become company secretary 🤗 there is no college for cs

Big company- Jo 5% ke karib hai, inko MCA,SEBI,RBI ke rule ko comply karne parte hai yaha expert ki jarurat parti hai , yaha Cs ka kaam koi dusra nahi karta. Yaha salary bahut high hoti hai Small company- inko sirf MCA ke kuch rule ko follow karne parte hai.ye aisa banda khojte hai Jo multipurpose ho. Yaha salary bhi kam milti hai.. Agar ye Cs ko appoint kar lete hai to inke pass Cs ka kaam kam hota hai. Is type ke company mei CA/bcom/MBA wale log hi MCA ka kaam dekh lete hai. Aap Cs mei account & tax to padte hai aur agar aap isme thora practical work kar lenge fir to is type ke company mei bhi problems nahi hoga.
