Just had my first dress fitting and found out I still have an inch to lose (especially in the "saddlebag" area) So I came straight home and turned on this workout . Thank you for being my inspiration and my trainer to get wedding day ready!

I had two babies in the past 2 years lol so I gained weight and now need to get back into shape for my twin sisters wedding on May 12th we are going on a 9 day cruise!! :) deff hope these workouts help me loose this weight and tone up a lil bit!! Thanks

Although there is such thing as DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness), soreness and pain are definitely not the same thing. Make sure to check with your doctor figure out the exact source of the discomfort. Be strong! xo

What's an alternative to squats or lunges? They kill my knees for whatever reason. What is the right form when doing squats?

I have been told that if it is muscle soreness protein after workouts may be able to help is that correct? I have had soreness really kick in the next day sometimes.

I was thinking you could make a video of the top five spots to workout for guys and the top 5 for women. I realize of course that you can't target specific fat areas only muscles. although I think the more muscles you build the easier it is to burn off fat. also I think it might be fun for you to do some more cooking shows perhaps substitute for people favorite unhealthy foods.
