My personal Favorit is Carols and Candles to built Christkindlmarket on Snowmaps, Match Day for Sportsstadiums and Music Events. Industries for the Money and Parklife for the Amusmentparks that you can built with them.

Nice to see some well argued differing opinions. My favorites have to be 1. Mass Transit, as I love public transportation options in my cities. 2. Park Life, more flexible parks and more rewarding walking and biking for the cims. 3. Green Cities. (Nothing objective about why, I just like to pretend to get to be as carbon neutral as possible ;-) ) 4. After Dark for the same reasons you provided. 5. Industries definitely adds some more profound gameplay.

I would definitely put the industries DLC way down on the list. I'm not happy with the lack of realism in the industries. You praise it for having larger buildings, but they aren't anywhere near big enough to be realistic, and agricultural and forestry fields are so puny they're unrecognizable. Plus, the traffic load is unrealistically horrendous. The campus DLC also lacks realism and I'd rate it low. Having a commencement building that's used exactly once every year and sits idle 364 days a year is a huge turn-off for me. At the top of my list would be the mass transit DLC. I love the cable cars, monorails and blimps. I wish the ferries transported cars and trucks, not just passengers. The new road options are very useful. After dark would be next on my list. The leisure district is meh, but the rest of the pack is great. Every major city needs an international airport and even small towns need taxis and cargo train stations. Parklife is a better leisure DLC, a must-have if you want your city to have parks and recreation special enough to attract tourists. The other one I'd consider would be the green cities DLC, for the new sewage treatment, power plant and recycling options. More parks and recreation options are always good. Some of the green buildings look nice too.

Industries DLC is very good when it comes to beautification, at least for me, the first thing I had in mind to do was a farm city, this DLC is amazing to create very beautiful fields, I personally think the generic industries of the game are ugly and hold too much traffic for no reason

I think one good thing industries DLC provides is a HUGE income when it comes to money. I could set up little 10k pop village, set up couple of special factories and watch the money coming in. Gives you the freedom to plan rest of the citie without the fear of going bankrupt. Without industries DLC it was a constant struggle to expand and expand and expand quickly to keep your balance reasonable, which often made the city look like crap later on. Or you could just set money to infinite i guess, to mee it feels cheap though.

I think sunset harbour is the best DLC but the Mass transit one is also good. Also on a Nintendo you get the nightlife and the snow DLC for free.

For the natural disasters one of you don’t want to destroy your city but still want to see it get destroyed then save it twice, go on one and destroy it there. The other save won’t be touched and you can still play on it without needing to fix it.

Trams are in the snowfall DLC. Above ground metro is in the sunset harbor DLC. It's hard to link DLCs because it depends on what gaming device you use for Cities Skylines. You can visit the official Paradox website for more info on the DLCs and I have no issue linking that in the video description.

Valid question! I use a mix of buildings to develop a skyline. Some are higher level "monuments" which are available to everybody without any DLC. Some are level 5 residential / office buildings which just organically grow as your provide services to your Cims. Others are custom-made building assets which you can download from the Steam Workshop for free. I'm not sure if you have access to the workshop on console but you do on PC. I'm currently working on a video on how to develop a realistic city skyline - if you sub you won't miss it!

dlcs are useless, and for ps4 there r lot of reports that it's slowing down the game because ps5 cant handle so many dlcs, hardware limitation

Yeah... the consoles and computers will do fine when you start but once you get any reasonable city expansion, the ~10 FPS gameplay experience is inevitable unless you built yourself a really good gaming computer.
