Hi, I have really bad bingo wings since my sister past two weeks ago as I can’t eat. It’s very hard for me to cope so if I can focus on building myself it will help me to cope. I blackout because of low blood pressure and I’ve broken my hip, shoulder, forearm, both legs, and pelvis, and my bottom is as flat as a pancake. For my sister I want to get rid of my wings and pump up my bottom. Any advice to help with these two areas.

What a difference squeezing the bar makes! I’ve done most of these moves - save for the reverse ez-curl - for years, but today, squeezing the bar like my life depended on it made a world of difference. My forearms are thrashed after three sets with lighter weight. Can really feel the tension in the whole of the forearm from the elbow forward. I’ll barely be able to hold my weekly beer!

This all varies based on your goals. If you are trying to get stronger then I would recommend 3 sets of 8-12 starting out. Make sure you are getting to fatigue with the last few repetitions. Adam W.

Hi Heidi, I would always try to work bigger muscle groups first before moving into complementary or smaller muscle groups. This will ensure you don't fatigue the wrong way. -Adam W.

There's no exercise you can do to spot reduce fat. It's just not something we can do as human beings. Your body will take fat from wherever it decides, whether you do 1,000 crunches and side bends or none at all, specific body point exercises won't necessarily reduce fat in that spot.
