Mujhy eik week ho gaya hy exercise karty howy ALLHAMDULILAH feeling good...day one par to legs hil nahi rahi thin or arm bhi pain kar rahy thy but main consistent rahi hoon abb mujhy thakawat bhi feel nahi ho rahi or moves bhi aram sy kar pa rahi hoon or day one or two par sweating bhi nahi ho rahi thi exercise karty howy par abb bohot pasena ata hy or portion control diet bhi kha rahi hoon one week sy abb mujhy apna pait har waqt full feel hota hy koi craving or extra bhook bhi nahi lag rahi shukar hy ALLAH ka😊

Actually mujhe nhi pata tha aap sab nai results ka pucha hai. Weight bilkul kam hua But bcz meri recently shadi thi mai zyada workout pr dhyaan nhi dai payi Trust me it works a lot And mai nai little healthy diet b start kia tha. But seriously it's an amazing exercise
