These so called "tips" don't work for any body type. Jab tak exercise nahi karain ge, aik achi diet nahi follow karain gay, beshak weight na barhe, body fat percentage zaroor barhe gi. Is bande ko hi dekh lain beshak. Is ka beshak peet na nikla ho, iska testosterone level low he, and female hormone "estrogen" zaida he as you can see in his chest. Is ka body fat percentage high he as compared to lean muscle mass
