the 90/90 i find is great for Sciatica works great did it this morning and sciatica was gone ! awesome do i have to warm up before these drills?

These are fantastic and cover a lot of bases. What exercises would you add or progress to as mobility improves?

Dan John had two recommendations to do every day: 1. Hang - just hang from a bar for about 30 - 60 seconds. 2. Deep Goblet Squat - use a reasonable weight. I really like both of these.
