My personal favourite is Birchcliff-Cliffside lots of beautiful homes and one of my favourite spots for walking and bird watching - Rosetta McClain Gardens

Hi! Why do you come to that conclusion? Scarborough has many great neighbourhoods; great to work, attractions/events, parks, new builts...list goes on. My wife lived near morningside/ surrounding UTSC area for many years through multiple transitions. It's a pretty desirable area to live in, not as affordable though.
