@ yes quad stretches are great, but I think the stretches that open up the lower back and the hips are best like pigeon. I also like all the work you guys get me to do using straps.

I am a subscriber to your Dynamic Cyclist program. Concerning the Pigeon pose, please advise as to leg adaptations when the angled leg has difficulty in positioning as you have depicted, thank you!

Hey there! The front leg should be in a comfortable position depending on your own body's limits. Some have more flexibility in the hip, while others a limited range of motion. We recommend using a block under the glutes on the bent leg if you need more support. Thanks for the comment!
