My bulk phase regiment; *Sustanon 1.5ml once a week *Pre-workout (Pre-Series Bulk by Transparent Labs) *Meal Replacement after workout (MRE by Redcon1) and before bed MRE will need more carbs added to shake during bulk phase. I chose to go this route because doing protein alone without the proper macros (protein, carbs and fats) will not absorb properly into your system or give you enough calories to bulk as you’ll be burning more. I’ve found proper overall Nutrition and rest is the key to building muscle regardless if you’re juicing or not. 6’1 175 pounds December 2017 to 215pounds solid February 2019. Peaking at 235 pounds between Feb 2019 to current. Cut brings me back to 215 pounds.

Also your muscles will need BCAA’s after your workout with a good whey protein, try to eat 5 to 6 smaller meals throughout the day with protein powder supplemented to obtain 1 gram of protein per body weight and remember your body can only utilize 28 to 30 grams of protein per meal! Good luck stay consistent and gains will come oh don’t forget to shock your muscles by keeping them guessing!!

@@shawncackowski2858 1 gram of protein per kg body weight is quite low. aim for 1,5-2g. also its a debunked myth that the body can only absorb 30g protein per meal. that is just a false statement. but yes its good to spread your protein intake across the day and have multiple meals with protein. but it wont make a big difference (maybe even no difference at all) if you have 3 meals or 5 meals. just get your daily protein intake and you are fine there are many people out there who are big as fuck and only eat once or twice a day but big meals.

I see no one talking about hydration. Creatine keeps muscles hydrated, but so does water. Drink often! Some carbs for energy before. Protein post workout, plant proteins are very good without the cholesterol. Protein shake before bed, when you do most of your recovery. Do squats before your workout, this will release hormones in your body to build muscle in the muscle group you are working.

In the beginning, it can be quite overwhelming especially if you watch videos like these. Just dive into it and train hard consistently when you start. Then, learn and apply one new thing a week. Don't try to do or learn it all, and don't have the "I wanna get jacked fast" mentality because you will be disappointed. You gotta do it all progressively, otherwise, you never learn what really works and what doesn't. Don't be afraid that you're doing the wrong thing, as long as you track your progress and correct yourself along the way by using some sort of journal. Before you know it you'll know all these fitness terms and every fitness video will sound like every other one. Hope that helped

Good video, I didn't know about HMB. But one thing: BCAAs can be a very important and legit supplement depending on your protein source. Most plant-based proteins contain sufficiently less leucine than, say, whey. This would also explain why whey has been shown to better facilitate muscle growth. So if you're using plant-based protein powder, using BCAAs would make a lot of sense, especially since the stuff isn't that expensive.
