@@ArabicAnimeStories before you boot up the map you'll see a setting at the bottom of the list that asks for "admin commands." Once those are enabled, there's a button combo you can do in game that brings up the console for these kinds of commands. I don't know the combo myself, tho

Turns out that the only command that works on Playstation is the gamma command, so ignore what I said in the intro. The other 4 commands should still work on Xbox and PC. Here's the summary of the commands: 5. gamma 4. r.bloomquality 3. r.viewdistancescale 2. sg.groundclutterquality 1. t.maxfps A message to my regular viewers: I made this video rather than a Creature Comparison video because Ark Genesis could be released at any moment, and if I'm in the middle of making a CC video when it's released, I could need up to 5 more days before I finish it and be able to start making videos on Genesis. This top 5 commands video was much quicker to make than CC videos, yet it could still be helpful to a lot of you.

I use these on Xbox one, for console you have to add cheat or admincheat before the command... So cheat r.bloomquality 0 Gamma, however you do not need to use cheat before it.. Great video, thanks ✌️

Are you playing on single player or someone else’s server? On single player maybe you’ve unchecked a commands setting, or if on somone else’s server maybe they accidentally did the same. The commands should work on ps4, its worked for a lot of other people.

Yeah some of the commands aren’t working for some people. Try putting “admincheat” in the same line before the rest of the command text. It shouldn’t require it, but it might fix your problem.

As an xbox one player i really appreciate this. Past gen consoles are really suffering with ark performance. That said, i do plan to get the Xbox series X soon as my 6 year old one S is beginning to show its age with little storage n stuff. If i do get the series X i'll also use these same commands. Hopefully with the added power i'll be able to play at a good framerate with good graphics too.

Are you pressing the right button to activate the command? You might accidentally be entering to your previous typed command. Also what platform are you on? r.bloomquality doesn’t work for some PS4 players unfortunately.

Put admincheat r.bloomquailty. if it disappears it needs the admincheat first was doing it to mine too n I was like wtf, but with certain resource commands or dinos its has the admincheat. So I plugged it in it changed n didnt disappear hope it's not too late to see this. I'm on xbox one.

Unfortunately you need to reactivate the commands every time you leave and enter a world/Ark. You don’t need to type the commands in singleplayer first either, you should be able to type them while on official servers too.

Some PS4 players have had some issues with these commands. There’s some other comments where people have fixed each others issues, but its still not 100% guaranteed for the commands to work for you. I don’t know why it works for some and not others, but I wish you good luck.

What do you mean by playing Ark Xbox on PC? Your PC specs and game drivers might be the problem, or maybe there’s something in the Ark Settings you need to fix.

When you exit a world it’ll undo the commands, so you have to type them in each time you load into a world / server. You should be able to get the commands working on most official and non-official servers.

There is, there’s launch commands you can type into the steam menu for ark but I can’t remember what they are. They remove the clouds from the sky and stuff like that you don’t really notice for a smoother performance. Google ark launch commands.

You could try decreasing ground clutter, ground density and sky quality in the Ark settings. There’s also some other settings you could mess around with to improve your performance. Other than those, you might just have to get a more powerful PC if you want high quality graphics and a smooth fps.

The commands will only effect yourself, they don’t change any of the server’s properties or change any of the other player’s device performance. Most commands in Ark require admin control, however these 5 don’t, so you can use them on almost any Ark server. If you meant “changing on personal” as in entering the commands in your own Ark, you have to type the commands in every time you log in because Ark won’t save all of them, and you can type the commands in while on a official server. If you're on PlayStation then that could be why. You also typed an "e" after view in the first command, but I'm guessing you only made that typo in this comment. If you're on PC or Xbox there's some solutions in other peoples' comments that you could try

Try scrolling around to other people’s comments, a lot of issues have been solved in the replies of those comments. If you are on PS4 then unfortunately there’s a possibility that not all of these commands will work for you.

If you have a GTX 1070 and you’re running max video settings, 50fps is probably the highest you’re gonna get. If you want higher fps you’ll need to lower your video settings a bit. Also being in Windowed Fullscreen mode not Fullscreen might help.

The storage shouldn't effect Ark as long as there is enough storage for Ark to be installed and have updates.

Yeah some of the commands, like gamma and r.bloomquality, will need to be readjusted every time you log in. On PC though you can click the up arrow while you have the command box up, and it will show you your most recent commands, which you can go through using your up and down arrows. This is much quicker than having to type each command in every time.
