Hey Yalcin! Great Video as always. I wanted to ask how do you understand what notes they are playing in their melodies?
@Alice-Efe4 жыл бұрын
It is mostly ear training I would say. I am nowhere close to perfect pitch but I can get the notes often by trial and error after few times.
@paterfiets4 жыл бұрын
Amazing how you can reproduce these sounds ! Btw in your studio your I saw you have a Behringer CAT. Could you maybe do a video about how to implement analog synth in your studio, daw and mix. Behringer is really opening the market for the bedroom and budget studios and I consider buying one...
@Alice-Efe4 жыл бұрын
And CAT is my favourite synth at the moment as well. So unstable, it is really good for melodic techno. I am thinking of making videos with analog synths but still creating the concept. But there will be videos on it.
@paterfiets4 жыл бұрын
@@Alice-Efe That would be really cool ! I am awaiting a Model D (my first 🙂)to arrive today and I am also eying the more aggressive K-2 and maybe even a Neutron or a CAT if I can get a good deal. But maybe you could start simple ? How to set it up, which cables are necessary, how to integrate with ableton and push or another controller ? And if people like it take it further from there ?
@cstaden874 жыл бұрын
Good lord, you nailed the first one! Would be nice to know which synth Jolk used to create the original. Any ideas on that Yalcin?

Hey man - do you have any recommendations for finding someone to fully master a live set? I’m an advanced producer and jazz/blues/funk pianist/guitarist. I have produced for a few years but when I compare my recorded sets to artist like Kerala Dust, Adriatique - the elements are all there - but the quality of the sounds coming through isn’t as clear/crisp. Would love to pay you for your time if you were willing to help our(or anyone you know) Thanks man!

Hi Dailen, you can book mastering via Mercurialtones.com, I do the mastering for Mercurialtones.com 😊
@dailenspencer79203 жыл бұрын
@@Alice-Efe awesome! Quick question, do you simply master the audio file I provide? Or would you be able to mix the actual ableton session itself? My goal is to have the ableton session setup so when I play it live, it all comes through clean and crips, etc. Thanks :)

@@Alice-Efe just booked a session. I could only add a certain amount of info to the description. But I’m mainly looking to have the session all mixed down, and also maybe get some techniques to further expand the track. So stoked!
