you might as well buy full price for a lot of the popular items because they're only $100 off, and used. You can get brand new for $100 more, plus the dust bag, brand new packaging, the whole luxury experience. The commercials say up to 90% off, but it's more like average 10-15% off lol! so misleading

I actually DO like the Dior better than the Chanel. The quilting is cute but the Chanel looks too yellow (at least on camera) and the metal wrapped straps pinch at bare shoulders. Both beautiful though! To each their own!

It’s supposed to be nude color but it’s a very weird shade of nude, would be much better with pink undertone. I am wondering is she will still like it in a year or two. But it’s a classic color after all and they always make it.

I think its never a good idea to buy trendy designer items. Trends come and go soo fast so its no worth being trendy at that price (go to at zara , h&m those stores and buy some trendy pieces that once the trend is out and you get bored of them you can donate them) for designer you should stick with something classic that never goes out of style and that you will like for a long time. its true your perosnal style changes with time but dont experiment that new style with designer pieces something classic is always best, plus if you get something trendy you will get bored of seeing everyone wearing it

I disagree, I think it's a fair reason to not like an item as much anymore. You want a luxury purchase to feel special, but when you see it loads in your day to day life, it starts to feel more like a trend item rather than something that has longevity. Still a nice belt though.

I love the Gucci belt, it's a classic and I'm not even a Gucci fan. think the majority of your fashion hauls always include trendy items which are not really unique (trend). I think adding classic pieces (investment) with more disposable fashion is the way to go. I agree with other posters the Gucci mules would be great for Florida.

As far as the Gucci belt goes I think it definitely has to do with how popular it is. That kind of happened back in the day when your style was made up of Lilly Pulitzer. And then it went to Target for a little bit and you said it wasn’t the same.

Just an FYI you can get some great deals from the Real Real. However, they are definitely a let the buyer beware business model. I’ve bought many things from them, and have returned at least half a dozen where serious damages or issues were not revealed in pictures or description. Then, when they were re-listed for sale, the issues or damages were still not included. This tells me they are aware of the issues and are choosing not to reveal them to the potential buyer. They have also fairly recently been sued by Chanel for selling fakes, and have been sued for selling jewelry where the quality was significantly less than claimed. I personally bought diamond earrings that they claimed had a retail value of $1,800. and the diamonds were not anywhere near the VSI quality claimed. I wouldn’t pay $100. For tiny hoops with diamonds of the poorest quality. Basically, some great deals can be had, but check your items carefully and return whatever it is that doesn’t match up.

I love the Real Real. I sell with them often. My only grudge is that wallets & bags are always final sale. I just really want to inspect before committing. I prefer Fashionphile sometimes because you have 30 days to return if it isn't what you had hoped.

I still love my Gucci belts 💕 I’m a jeans/jean shorts mom in a suburb of Denver and I don’t see many people wearing them here. I’ve always been a belt person, even when they weren’t in style and I love the feel and look of a thick belt. The porcelain rose color is great for summer,. Love the black and cuir colors too. The backpack is awesome, I have the urban spirit in chevron and I absolutely love it but I would recommend that you get an organizer if you haven’t done so, because they do tend to lose shape. I am crazy about not getting any wrinkles on mine.

I was disappointed in my first purchase from the real real. I bought a chole bag and the must smell is so bad and I can’t get it out. It just sits on the shelf sadly. I think it’s the logo on the belt. I love Gucci’s old design better.
