My left leg tingles from its leaves after standing for a few minutes. If i sit again, it will be fixed within 1 minute. Do any yoga for this?

@@alidotcom869 Tingling in the legs can have several causes (Rule out deficiencies ), but also standing or sitting in the same position for too long, can put pressure on nerves & blood vessels, reducing sensation. When you change positions and relieve the pressure, the tingling often goes away quickly. Practicing yoga can help improve circulation and relieve pressure on the nerves. But if things worsen or don't change after a couple of months then please consult a doctor

Can these asanas be practiced when there's Disc Bulge/Herniation between L4 & L5 and L5 & S1 and bearable pain and slight numbness in feet at times.

Hi, thank you for your question. Disc bulges can occur in many directions, and since you're experiencing slight numbness in the feet, it may suggest neural involvement. I would recommend avoiding any movements that increase strain on the lower back. It's also preferable to work with a yoga teacher in person, who can guide you through a safe practice tailored to your specific condition.

Yes, you can practice yoga when in pain, but only to the point of discomfort. Once you reach that point, hold the pose for about 10 to 15 seconds and breathe deeply, exhaling fully . try exhaling through your mouth like you are letting out a big sigh , that generally helps .Always listen to your body and avoid pushing yourself too hard.
