In Kapalbhati, you focus on forceful exhalation and passive inhalation. The first time you inhale normally. Then, you exhale forcefully through your nose while pulling your navel in towards your spine. The next inhalation happens automatically. You can begin by doing 5 to 10 exhalations, and once you get comfortable with the technique, you can increase the counts.

After umbilical hernia surgery, it's important to allow adequate time for healing. Once your doctor gives you the go-ahead, you can gradually start practicing yoga. However, avoid poses that put strain on your abdominal area, like intense twists, deep backbends, and strong core exercises. Gentle stretches and breathing exercises can be a good starting point. Always listen to your body and if possible practice under the guidance of a yoga teacher

Thanks for asking , Haan, aap yoga kisi bhi samay kar sakte hain. Bas itna yaad rakhein ki khana khane ke baad 3-4 hours , snack ke baad 2 hours aur paani peene ke 15 minute baad yoga karna chahiye.
