Lesson Summary so I remember for the long term: 1) Learn to let go, next relationships are always better than the previous ones in terms of experiences. 2) Do not make people the center of the world. Divide the heart into parts and assign them equal percentages. 3) Don't project negativity or your insecurity on your partner. 4) Take relations slowly and communicate a lot. 5) You have to get some butterflies joining, you need to be attracted to their looks, intelligence and life long term values. 6) Getting along with their friends is important. LUST< LOVE< FRIENDSHIP. 7) Dont look for perfection Thanks for this podcast.

I am a 20 year-old- girl. And all the three types of relationships you have talked about (1,2,3) , I can relate to them ,but ironically, he is the same person with whom I have experienced all these things. When we were in school , he was a bit immature and took the relationship for granted.. actually it was more like a fantasy to me and he was casual. Then I was heartbroken and broke up with him ( since he was not so serious, but never cheated on me). Next, after 2-3 years we again started dating each other but I used to doubt him, blame him for being so casual with me in school and so on. He used to listen to me with utmost patience but I won't stop. He had lost his mother and was disturbed. I always supported him through thick and thin but continued to pinch him whenever I felt insecure. One day, he being annoyed, broke up with me and didn't answer my phone calls that whole day. I felt like he was tired of me. Those 2- 3 days were like a huge slap on my face and I realised that I was the one who took the relationship for granted and behaved immaturely. After few days he came back and pleaded me to come back in his life.. and now we are happily together , he takes care of everything and we both try to grow day by day with each other. But , those 3 days taught me to evolve into a strong woman from an emotional and insecure fool. We don't need a huge time to be strong, it is just about a shock, a turning point, which will make you mentally strong and independent.

@shazanchaudhry
@shazanchaudhry 3 жыл бұрын
@@MohammedAyan-3589 tbh I agree and disagree. Maybe relationships are important for a persons growth. Maybe women are important for a man I don't know. I believe that you can focus on your achievements and goals and have a proper relationship/gf qt the same time. Yes it will be tough but will also be kind of like a support. Eg Kohli and Anushka. I never focused on it tbh and I kinda regret it now. Until a month before turning 24 I never pursued any girl or relationships as I didn't see a point in them. Also I didn't know how to approach or talk to girls I liked. Plus coming from conservative Indian family sex was outta the question. In the last 2 years I been on tinder and tried to form relationships but its very difficult. Unless you meet girls on a daily basis and talk to them at skl college work dating is difficult. Its mainly about looks and money here in London. I don't even care anymore tbh. I feel I can live alone happily like I did before I cared about girls haha. Ps. I am not bad look facially haha but very short for a western guy only 5ft7 but relationships are more than just looks. Its attitude and willingness.

Now we are not in connection but I learned from her - giving opposite one respect, value of respect, lessons of giving good vibes, and especially relationships are a part of one's life not the whole life ♡ and now when I hear same things from him , my confidence got increased... thanks man ! And one point should be noticed I learned it in 17 and he learned it in 25 🤭

Anshul V. Kumar Hi, yes i recovered from it absolutely! How.. I think it’s time that helps you deal with it and you begin to develop a different perspective about it then. We did speak initially but not anymore and we are happy in our lives now, I don’t feel the urge to talk anymore, but if contacted it’s always cordial talk.. Initially it was very difficult for me but when I moved on I didn’t feel anything and I certainly don’t wish anything ill as well. Time is a big healer, you’ll heal too, just hang in there!

Man!!! I can relate to you. Even I had one person in my life around when I was 15, that was innocent and genuine. When I was 18 I was so intense, passionate and deeply in love (who broke my heart so much). When I was 21 I learned toxicity, dependency, having no life other than this person. Now I am 22, letting no one in who do not contribute to my growth.

Hey, I'm 19 years old and I could completely relate to you, we do end up take relationships as our LIFE instead of taking it as just a part of our life and because of our insecurities and fears from past relationship we are unable to love with open heart. I recently had a breakup, but the way you explained relationship no. 3 I could totally relate, sometimes things aren't just meant to be and I came to realise it after almost 4 months, yes I do miss him, he's the most amazing person I've ever met,our friendship is even stronger now, some relationships really help us grow and makes us feel who we really are. Let HIS MISTAKES help you to avoid YOURS. These life experiences and lessons of someone often help to built a strong relationship of others.
