There are sooo many KZbin resellers who want to complain about a problem they are experiencing. They make a clickbait video about some SMALL issue they had, and act like it's a big deal. Chris is never like that. You'll never see this dude make an excuse for ANY reason, and that's so refreshing. All of his content his no b.s. actual advice to help people, and that's why Daily refinement is number one in my book. Chris, you're the realest. Keep it up.

How can you possibly share your Poshmark listings 100 times a day?

This is awesome! I work a 36 hour security job it’s super slow and have the freedom to do anything I want, I literally list for 5 hours a day and my sales have been way up the last 3 months since I have so much more free time. I been selling for 5 years & I appreciate all your advice Chris it truly has changed my thinking & understanding what my customers want.

Yo what's up Chris just started making enough to pay my own bills solely off eBay it took a while to find a niche. Turns out it is clothing/shoes just like you. I kinda resisted it at first for whatever reason I didn't want to only focus on one thing, after looking at the numbers turns out clothing/shoes IS THE WAY TO GO. thanks for your content it really has proved invaluable

The number of repeat buyers increased so much more after niching down. Brands and sizes come easy, which leads to less returns. Plus the number of listings goes way up since you can go so much faster, which also helps to not clutter up my brain with random items. 100% the best choice.

Love the part about not letting go of a higher value item for less because it's going to be harder to find that item again. Very good point!

You have such good advice! I sell mostly clothes. Last summer I sent to yard sales & bought a box of electronics. Older ones still in the package. I still have them unlisted because I can't find comps, don't know how to test them & not sure if I'd list correctly. It causes me stress. If I had skipped that box & just bought what I know, I'd have saved a lot of time

Great content as usual Chris. My primary platform is posh but I still sell some stuff on Mercari and depop. I’m able to get more for stuff on depop when I do actually make a sale. I’m not sure why but some rare vintage items sell for a lot more there than they ever could on posh but I don’t like cross posting so I’ve stopped doing it I’m just letting things sell on whatever platform they are on first then removing them till old listings run out as I stupidly continue to list on posh and yes I have a bot I pay to share my 1,000 active listings all day long but I only get 9k shares a day so that’s shit for me and like you said a high quantity store caps out at a certain point on posh bc of this smaller closest can get rid of more percentage wise faster bc if I have 1000 and it can only share 9 times thru the day I’m at a huge disadvantage to those that have 100 and can share 90 times a day so there’s that! I need to get on eBay like I’ve been thinking forever. See bad habits die hard.

If you're limited on inventory, than sometimes cross listing helps.

I like your thoughts on cross listing for sure, makes a lot of sense. I'll just get along to listing some more on eBay now! Feeling more motivated! Let's get some sales! :D

Hey Chris so I got into resale because of video games I played a lot of video games that had player to player markets and I liked to capitalize on that to get the prime currency for it and I just applied that same skill set to grinding out materials and getting certain materials and video games to eBay and it's amazing how it transitioned thank you for creating the awesome content you should make a video about what you find to be the most fun about what you do on reselling you do a lot of negatives which is okay but I think it'd be awesome to really see what you enjoy most about what you do

Huh, very interesting about selling more common brands, didn't know that was something they'd come after for you on eBay. Thought that was just an Amazon thing. (But hey, I haven't tried any of that stuff, I've just stuck with books since that has worked for me!)

I am with you that I have taken time to learn eBay so I know how it works better than the other platforms so I am not going to spend time learning another platform because that time is (imo) better spent working Ebay that I already know... with that said what do you think about the fear you hear some people talk about "not being diversified" that is to say... if I get a suspension for whatever and/or I get totally kicked off the platform because of something I didn't know I did that was a problem or I got accused of selling fakes when I wasn't (or whatever the reason is) There are reasons people loose eBay accounts and do you think it is good to hedge against that by being versed in lots of platforms I hope that my question makes sense

you've said a few times that you think networking is a waste of time, but, if you hadn't spent time networking, you wouldn't have interacted with technsports, or learned so much from him. so i think networking to find a few reseller friends who are better than you who you can learn from is important. even joining your patreon and interacting in your facebook group is in effect networking.

I opened an ebay store today. Listed 4 items. One of the items were a pair of i12 TWS ear buds. Within an hour ebay cancelled the listing and closed my account for fraud. Talked to a rep at ebay and they told me I should find another platform to sell on.
