I just found from Park Tool video I have also been using torque wrench wrong. If you pull the wrench from halfway up the handle you over tighten the fixings.

Bro when you reset the caliper pistons. You straightened them out. Self lubrication sure. But they get crooked and when you push them back in now they are straight and can move freely!!!

Your vids and tips are nice! I tried the fork silicon spray tip and it feels so much better! Maybe, if you do another list video, just put a title between the tips, so you don't have to fade over yourself talking and it's a bit more information, with about 2 minutes more editing work :) just an idea... Thanks for the videos!

The silicon spray was pure gold. I did that like 2 weeks agon and it even held up to washing my bike.

Can you use VD40 for the first hack?

If you meant wd40 then yes but I would reccomend a bike specific lube if possible.
