This is actually one of the best, maybe the best tutorial I have seen in my life. Not just for tubeless, but for whatever i watched in my life, and I watched A LOT of stuff. Thank you.

Great video. Thank you. I’ve been making the “unweighting” mistake. No wonder it seemed so janky.

Sick man! you missed a couple of semi important steps, but if you know something about bikes, those missed points are not needed.

With the right tools (I used a simple bike tool kit kzbin.infoUgkxHL1v1R3NE5x4KiYfyt8dnQmyNYz7qi5L that you can strap to the bike) it's simple to assemble. As a 270lb guy looking for a way to get more exercise that's easy on my feet I have been impressed by this bike. The tires ship with air in the tires, but before you ride you need to pump them up som more, but once you do you can ride with confidence. You'll definitely want to replace the seat if you're going to ride for any real distance, but that's the case with most bikes. I'm loving it and it has given me a hobby from my youth back.

It went together easily in less than an hour. kzbin.infoUgkxHL1v1R3NE5x4KiYfyt8dnQmyNYz7qi5L Make sure the front fork is forward or the pedals will hit the front tire. Tires are both a little soft so it needs air before I ride it. The rear wheel didn't come with a clamp regular bolts hold it on. The front had the clamp. No scratches out of box. Rims are a little off with a slight wobble. They could have spent more time with the spoke tool fixing the run out. So far out of the box I'm happy with it. I did replace the pedals with a nice aftermarket set. After riding it a bit my A$$ is a bit sore so I ordered another seat. Overall I'm nearly 60 and didn't ride a bike in 30 years. I like my new 29" Schwinn. It will be used for casual rides with my friend.

If you want to check the tube for the leak, leave one bead of the tire on the rim. Then when you find the leak (say, you notice it has a hole 8" away from the valve, or maybe exactly opposite the valve) you know exactly where to look inside the tire for the thorn, piece of safety wire, whatever that caused the flat, and you can pull it out instead of getting another instant flat.

Will this work with most aluminum rims? I’ve looked at the prices of tubeless bicycle 🚴 rims, but I wasn’t so inclined with spending $800.00 for them. Also, save yourself on Stan’s tubeless bike 🚴 tire 🛞 kits. They’re $80.00. No commercial has ever shown us how to convert our bikes 🚴 to tubeless with Gorilla Tape. I think 🤔 I’m going to try it. Your friend, Jeff.
