I’m 48, been on keto for over 6 years, switched to carnivore 5 months ago. I lost 80 pounds. Blood pressure and sugar is perfect. My labs are great and my testosterone is ridiculous. The improvement in the labs from keto to carnivore was unbelievable. Can’t say I love carnivore but the results are motivating. I’m not bragging friends, I just want to be a encouragement to someone else. God Bless.

As an experienced faster here is my advice: make sure you take salt everyday in your water or you will start feeling weak and lightheaded by day 4-5. I’ve been taking one packet of raw unflavored LMNT now because it’s been recommended as a good electrolyte, and I’m happy with it. It’s much easier than guessing how much salt you need.

My longest fast is 96 hours! I'm a 50-year young perimenipause woman who's in remission from chronic Rheumatoid Arthritis. I was on a weekly biologic injectible medication "Enbrel," with other prescriptions like Celebrex, Methotrexate, Tramadol & Prednisone at times. It made my immune system sick & weak starting at the age of 27 after giving birth to my 2nd son. I was sick of chronic inflammation, pain, fatigue & being obese. I started eating a ketogenic lifestyle in September 2019, and I'm mainly carnivore "Ketovore" now. This way of eating is the only thing that has helped my weight loss of 60 lbs, severe pain, inflammation, and other metobolic health conditions like high blood pressure. I enjoy being in the sun, grounding, nature & using different fasting methods. I also eat no seed oils, sugar, grains, or processed foods. Since, April 2023 I lift heavy weights & strength train with balance exercises 3-4 times a week. It has been a new life for me! You can seek your true health every day, starting with what you eat/drink & don't eat/drink. Implementing Dr. Ken Berry's & Neisha's lifestyle approach has been a huge part of success. Thank You Dr. Berry this is such a revelation of truth! Telling it like it is, it might be tough for some to hear but its the truth, lets all be responsible for our decisions and understand that we are exactly where we are because of those decisions. Love and care for yourself and family as best as you can and never stop researching and learning, I have been fit and what I thought was healthy all my life but happy healthy people who aren't overweight shouldn't have strokes. I now eat the most Organically raised Meat, Eggs and occasionally Fish that we can source and afford, Never felt better, Thank You for all that you share & love to all from Australia :) x

I live in Southern, Texas and last year we had a n unexpected Tornado. I went around to each and ever park model , trailer , campers, 5 th wheels etc . I watched this thing come in and DESTROY! I went to check for fatalities help the elders and such , this is a REALITY in TEXAS PERIOD . Living in a RV Resort especially! Covid was a reality. Just keep educating us . Thank you 😊

Thank you for addressing this Dr. Berry. Evertyhing you discussed is relevant and people should be aware of what's going on because when it comes everyone will be touched. The question is are we going to ignore it or acknowledge it? I appreciate you not "staying in your lane". Because you care about your followers you do broach topics that can be difficult to hear. I think we should all be prepared.

As an atheist I don't personally care whether or not a president says "God bless". I only care that our laws aren't based on any religion. We should all have freedom OF and FROM religion here. Church and state should be kept separate, but people should be free to say "God bless you" if they so choose, even government officials.

Agreed. In my view compliance with faith-based verbiage is a version of Chain#4, whereby we are naively attached to our own value system- so much so that we tread on others’…! 😮

I hear you, medically yes, generally speaking our world has moved to a more commercialize lifestyle, our jobs, educational, routines have evolved to this, unless your in a 3rd world area its a easy way of the daily operation to make the day. Is it good for us, no, it's convenient, not necessarily the best but it's today, I haven't visited an outhouse since I was a kid, nor fetched a bucket of water from the well. I remember those days it was more pure but mare labor intense and much more harsh on our lifestyle. I hear you though, your a good man, keep up your advice , I will listen to you.

Am I the only one that perceived his wife as snorting/scoffing at some of the things he was saying ? When she first joined him, she came in with an attitude saying she was being thrown under the bus. I knew right there she was not going to be nice. In my opinion, she was blatantly rude to him. He attempted to lessen the impact by saying, “having differences of opinion is fine, blah, blah, blah”. Yep, I agree with that. What I don’t agree with was her disrespect towards her husband on here. 🤦🏼‍♀️

@pattiemcd8790 i think its just harmless political banter. Dr Berry is brutally honest type who tells it like it is. Neishas like his business HR lol she knows what topics makes so many people nowaday butt hurt so she just kinda nudges him a bit to be easy on certain topics. I think its likely just a cute flirty kind of thing. Ive been watching them since both of them began their youtube channels. They adore one another, he thinks she's hot and loves her witty intelligence. ❤️ 😀

Painful truth in a video. It’s your wake up call to get back to your healthier self. How can you deny yourself and your family your best self?
