You have not shown where you connecting the turn signal. I purchased this same system with 6 CAMS . No video (just stripes, Android Auto has some wired problem with connection, despite the BT is connected). My system has several cables with the red pigtail 3 inch cables, no info what it's for 😞So far I am not impressed with this system.

Very nice review, thanks. I was on the fence between a few different brands and you've pretty much sold me on this setup. I see that you demonstrated that camera views can be isolated, i.e. when engaging the turn signals. Does that also mean the system can isolate the rear-facing camera as well so that this view is maximized when backing? Also, if you know, how does this system handle parking surveillance? Some systems offer motion and collision detection that triggers recording, others are just 24/7 monitoring and recording with a direct connection to the battery.

The rear wire can trigger the reverse camera. So it can isolate left, right, and rear. This does not have collision or parking detection that I'm aware of. It stays on as long as it's powered. No IR and field of view seems to be about the least on the market. The dash is the only nice part.
