For real, I have Major Depressive Disorder and Anxiety Disorder NOS and I live a normal life and act like I have some sense and would never use my disorders as an excuse to act like an idiot. When people use it as an excuse, it gives those of us who have problems a bad name because most of us are just trying to live a normal life like everyone else.

totally agree,i have it so bad,ive never left the house for more than a hour in my whole adult life,i live in low income housing estate,and the behavior of the other people baffles me,their behavior is that of the hook,i no longer answer the door,run to my car face down,and when i come home,if they try to stop me,asking for money,cigarettes[thanks to their constant cadging of cigarettes gave me the will power i needed to give up smoking]i say oh cant stop,im dying for the toilet

That last one, man, you gotta really pay attention to the kiddos these days in public places! Perhaps a cart with a child seat if it's available. I see so many kids just running around and parents aisles over from them. It only takes one second as in the case of the last story! my scariest Christmas experience was waking up in the living room while it was still a dark/light, I saw a dark shadow pass the window. This troubled me as the living room had a picture window and you need to be quite tall to see in into the window. We had curtains which made me feel me better, I turned over, and pulled the blankets over my face. My gut telling me not to move until the bad feeling went away. It was Christmas morning when it happened.
