I never even knew that about hay feeders. I have the ceramic one, but he enjoys to stand on there and I would feel bad if removed. Are you sure I should remove this?

I would suggest removing the wire front. Just because I have seen people's chinchilla's legs getting stuck in them. I like to add a shelf above my hay feeder so they have something to sit on while they eat. Hope this helps!

I’ve been on google looking up stuff and I know there’s a lot of miss information and I want to clear something’s up, on google it says chinchillas are omnivores and 1 idk if that’s true and 2 if they are what kind of meat and or poultry can they have and what type of treats are they allowed to have

How old is your chinchilla, and what exactly is your chinchilla doing?

@@ChinVillain he is almost a year old, and when ever I open the cage he tries to bite me but he has a friend and they get along.
