Is it okay if you run out of time during follow up questions in a station?

Do you mean the interviewer is asking you set questions on an MMI station? Then ideally, you'll be able to give an answer (if brief) to all of them. Or do you mean interviewers are probing a bit more in a panel interview? Then I'd say it's less essential that you get an answer out before they choose to move on.
