@@GiacomoMiola I don't know so much. Joe seems to be enjoying the slower, easier pace on this one. He's commenting more than usual on how beautiful his surroundings are; the lakes, the clouds, the skies, the colours. He doesn't always have time to appreciate these things so much. Even at the end, that bit about "sitting on the ground" seemed pretty real - funny af, but pretty real. 😁 While it certainly 𝑖𝑠 his job, there is an old saying: "Love what you do and you'll never work a day in your life." I think Joe loves his job.

Your pot hanger looked painfully difficult, as there was several options ( easier), with a 2ft piece of cord - simply tying it to the stick then using the larks head knot), B, you could have just knotched the stick and then rested it on top of your mainline. Had to let you know how painful it looked to do..... on a different note I'm Loving the videos Joe, you do an awesome job.. :)

The pot hanger made alot more sense then your usual tripod deal. The rope was right there anyways . Like you said , its good to switch things up. It keeps things from getting "stale" or predictable. Why no water filter though?? I can understand wanting to go simpler but a be free water filter doesn't take much space.
