I bet you can overcome those issues if you go all in. I am an old cripple that was prescribed oxycontin and morphine for 12yrs to help manage chronic pain from a car crash injury. I quit all Dr prescribed drugs 5.5yrs ago, and I manage my chronic pain with clean organic foods, and it works. My Doctors did not believe I could get off the narcotics, and I did it with no help from them. I still have bottles of oxycontin and morphine, and I don't touch them. Clean food and organic homegrown cannabis is how I did it, but lets just talk food for now. Please research the Omega 3 to 6 ratio of your diet. Omega 3's have anti-inflammatory properties, while omega 6's exacerbate inflammatory conditions. Soy and corn are the two largest sources of inflammatory omega 6's in the American diet. Reducing omega 6's while increasing omega 3's may have a profound effect on your health and pain. I also went gluten free 6yrs ago, and it too helped reduce pain and inflammation. I take 2-3 Tablespoons(6-9teaspoons) of Cod Liver oil ever day, and it really helps manage pain and inflammation, and no it does not taste bad(Get the lemon flavor!) On the topic of fibromyalgia... Some are saying it is the early stages of the condition known as "Skeletal Fluorosis", which is nothing more than fluoride poisoning. I have a "Berkey" brand water purifier with add on PF-2 Fluoride/arsenic removing cartridges. I highly recommend that water purifier. Fluoride slows thyroid function, and a slow(hypo) thyroid increases chronic fatigue. Research hypothyroid and fluorides effect on slowing the thyroid function. I hope this finds you well, and please do not hesitate to ask me any question. I am no Doctor, but I would be happy to share what works for me.

I was just about to write a response, looks like Wisconsineric took the words out of my mouth. Everything I was going to say. Follow his advice and you won't be disappointed. I overcame serious back injury with the same method. Yoga was part of the healing process for me.

@@ccrockatt Yoga in the woods for the win ;) Brother I would like to hear what else you are doing as I am still healing myself. I tried my best to keep my previous post as short as possible, but I have so much more I am doing. I will add a couple more methods I am using to heal hoping it benefits the OP and anyone else that reads it. Bone Broth! Homemade bone broth from local grass-fed beef bones in nothing short of a miracle for me. When I do not have 24hrs to make a homemade batch, I use a powdered "Bone Broth Collagen" product from the brand Ancient Nutrition. The founder of Ancient Nutrition has a channel here on YT. His name is Dr Josh Axe. I add powdered gelatin to that mix to thicken it, and I add local grass-fed butter and MCT oil for easy to digest fats. Fats are the most precious calories in my opinion. Carbs suk, I live Keto. Also "Grounding" or "Earthing". Simply being barefoot off the pavement has healing effects. Cell phones and other electronic deVICEs charge our bodies with harmful electromagnetic energies. Rubber soled footwear prevents discharge of these unnatural energies into the Earth. I believe the Earth's natural magnetic field has healing properties. Camping out of town is a great way to limit RF from cell towers, while maximizing our connection to the Earth.

My Dad said to me one day, “You have know idea what it feels like when you kids go out of the yard and the dog is with you. I have nothing to worry about. You have no idea how that feels when your a parent”. My dog past away over 30 years ago and my Dad still gets choked up talking about her. That’s the effect these wonderful four legged, fury people have on us. They are irreplaceable. Everyone should treat them with the respect they deserve. 🐶❤️🐶

Joe, I've watched every one of your videos from the first day. I've learned things along with you and and learned some new things from you like your two favorite knots. I would suggest you keep showing how to do things and remain educational in nature. It may get boring to show it over and over, but you continually have new viewers who can't necessarily go back and find the videos where you showed this or that type of knot, etc. Don't be afraid of repeating information. Your new viewers will like it. It's how you grew as a channel. Don't stop showing and discovering new things. Best to you and the family in the new location!!!

That's a heartbreaker Travis, I've looked after several brace of springer-spaniels throughout the last thirty-five years.... I remember fondly - every hairy face it was my pleasure to stroke... Beavan, Joss, Bothy, Dave..... Bitches & dogs, each with an individual character all their own. Some nights, I sit in my armchair in my ghostly silent parlour & imagine I hear a soft breathing beside me. Several nights, I've glanced down & was certain one or other of those canine faces have looked up at me expectantly, just as they used to when I reached under the stairs for a shotgun & they knew it was time for work....!! Best of luck brother, May you be blessed with good bloodstock....

You get unconditional love you repay with responsibility and stewardship. The ancients believed that our beloved companions would wait for us across the river Styxx to guide us to our appointed place in eternity, I like that. Never fail to appreciate the time you have........regret is a terrible thing. As they were speaking, a dog that had been lying asleep raised his head and pricked up his ears. This was Argos, whom Odysseus had bred before setting out for Troy, but he had never had any enjoyment from him. In the old days he used to be taken out by the young men when they went hunting wild goats, or deer, or hares, but now that his master was gone he was lying neglected on the heaps of mule and cow dung that lay in front of the stable doors till the men should come and draw it away to manure the great close; and he was full of fleas. As soon as he saw Odysseus standing there, he dropped his ears and wagged his tail, but he could not get close up to his master. When Odysseus saw the dog on the other side of the yard, dashed a tear from his eyes without Eumaios seeing it, and said: 'Eumaios, what a noble hound is that is over yonder on the manure heap: his build is splendid; is he as fine a fellow as he looks, or is he only one of those dogs that come begging about a table, and are kept merely for show?' 'This dog,' answered Eumaios, 'belonged to him who has died in a far country. If he were what he was when Odysseus left for Troy, he would soon show you what he could do. There was not a wild beast in the forest that could get away from him when he was once on its tracks. But now he has fallen on evil times, for his master is dead and gone, and the women take no care of him. Servants never do their work when their master's hand is no longer over them, for Zeus takes half the goodness out of a man when he makes a slave of him.' So saying he entered the well-built mansion, and made straight for the riotous pretenders in the hall. But Argos passed into the darkness of death, now that he had fulfilled his destiny of faith and seen his master once more after twenty years. -Homer, Odyssey, Book 17, lines 290-327
