I go to goa every 6 months. And id recommend avoiding 80% of what this guy is mentioning. First of all you can’t fit all this in 5 days, if you do you’d be tired and frustrated instead of relaxed. Find your comfort spots and chill off. Or go watch a Monish Doultani Video for better insight.

Depends on where you stay and what you do, and the time of visit. Off season per person would cost you around 10k per head with food stay on a budget, meaning you stay in Dorms / Hostels or cheaper hotels in a shared situation. But if you want a good hotel and are eating out at expensive places 15-20k for a trip of 3-4 days Cerca Der Mal is a good option for travels trying on budget somewhere around 1500 per night . You can find basic restaurants on the street which offer good food. Cost for 3 per meal maybe around 800.
