Raita 1: Makhana Raita
Ingredients:
Makhanas - 1 cup
Jeera Powder
Curd- 1 cup
Jeera Powder- 1 Tsp
Black Pepper - 1/2 Tsp
Black Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Jaggery Powder - 1 Tsp
Chaat Masala - 1/2 Tsp
Pomegranate Seeds - 2 Tbsps.
Fresh coriander chopped - 1 Tsp
Method:
Dry roast the Makhanas until they are crips. Now beat some curd to remove any lumps. Add the Makhanas and all other ingredients into the curd. Mix nicely and garnish with coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds.
Please Note: You can add the roasted makhanas in the end just before serving if you want them to stay crisp.
Raita 2: Pineapple Raita
Ingredients:
Pureed Pineapple - 1 Tbsp
Jaggery Powder - 1 Tbsp
Finely chopped pineapple - 1 Tbsp
Jeera Powder- 1/2 Tsp
Pomegranate seeds- 10-12
Curd - 1 cup
Method: Cook the pureed pineapple along with jaggery powder for a minute. Add the chopped pineapple and cook for another minute. Keep it aside to cool. After it has cooled add it to curd that is smooth after beating and also add some jeera powder. Garnish with some pomegranate seeds.

Raita 3: Mix Veg Raita
Ingredients:
Curd - 1 cup
Finely chopped cucumber, tomato and onion - 1/2 cup
Jeera powder - 1/2 Tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 Tsp
Chat Masala - 1/2 Tsp
Roasted Peanuts - 4 - 5
Pudina leaves 4 - 5
Method:
Add all ingredients mentioned above to curd in a bowl. Garnish with some roasted peanuts and pudina.
Raita 4: Curry Patta Raita
Ingredients:
Curd 1/2 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Curry leaves - 20
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Onion - 1/2 small onion
Chaat Masala - 1/2 Tsp
Green chili - 1
Method:
Add all ingredients to a jar or garvi and blend nicely.
