Emma, Vegetarian my entire life, my ex husband wasn’t, raised my boys vegetarian and I always made the same thing he ate but vegetarian, that is how most vegan/vegetarian cooks find inspiration by slightly remaking regular recipes. Love it more when you and Alex show both vegetarian and regular foods side by side..😉

Life is too short 😁 Loved the bap and I would put the same inside! Lol Great job on the cooking and I want that Christmas jumper! Lol

Never use cheap sausage meat in a sausage roll, use quality de-skinned sausages, mix in a bowl with some herbs of choice, add a dash of tabasco and a small amount of grated vintage cheddar. Leave out the egg as it causes the filling to go hard when cold. Use the same recipe for scotch eggs, do not hard boil the eggs, soft boil or steam them, the yolk will cook a bit more when deep fried, they should have a soft yolk. I always add grated cheddar to my mash along with loads of butter and ground black pepper. Bon Appetit . You forgot about the great Melton Mowbray Pork Pie, oh I forgot you don't like them! Stay Safe Beans 💋💋💋👸🧔 Ps as I have lost my Taste Buds of late I'm having to add loads of Tabasco and Worcester Sauce to everything!
