Emma, Vegetarian my entire life, my ex husband wasn’t, raised my boys vegetarian and I always made the same thing he ate but vegetarian, that is how most vegan/vegetarian cooks find inspiration by slightly remaking regular recipes. Love it more when you and Alex show both vegetarian and regular foods side by side..😉

I love British food as an American and I have to say you guys absolutely have the best sausage's and bacon along with sausage dishes Germany and so many more in Europe - so yes I agree with you Alex! 😅 Love all the recipes you made as my British hubby begs me to make them as much as possible (even though they are not the healthiest we don't care!) Life is too short 😁 Loved the bap and I would put the same inside! Lol Great job on the cooking and I want that Christmas jumper! Lol

Never use cheap sausage meat in a sausage roll, use quality de-skinned sausages, mix in a bowl with some herbs of choice, add a dash of tabasco and a small amount of grated vintage cheddar. Leave out the egg as it causes the filling to go hard when cold. Use the same recipe for scotch eggs, do not hard boil the eggs, soft boil or steam them, the yolk will cook a bit more when deep fried, they should have a soft yolk. I always add grated cheddar to my mash along with loads of butter and ground black pepper. Bon Appetit . You forgot about the great Melton Mowbray Pork Pie, oh I forgot you don't like them! Stay Safe Beans 💋💋💋👸🧔 Ps as I have lost my Taste Buds of late I'm having to add loads of Tabasco and Worcester Sauce to everything!

That was brilliant! To get all those dishes bang on was impressive. Just one complaint. Richardson’s sausages? Come on guys! My least favourite sausages. I have an idea. More cooking vlogs? Ooh, and (though I’m not vegan, I am trying to avoid dairy, so often opt for vegan options), I would appreciate a cooking vlog from Emma.

Must admit I cook veggie versions of all of these except Scotch Egg had not even thought of that one. Guess I will cook some up for us this weekend :) I like Cauldron meat free in both Lincolnshire and Cumberland types! I have tried Richmond meat free but for me (veggie for over 30 years) I am not a fan of flavours that taste to close to real.
