From last 3 months i have this severe hill pain.. Doctor gave me calcium, vitamin, pain killer, even shoes sole changed to some soft one.. unfortunately all efforts in vain.. as on 12th march 2023 i came accross your video... Forget about these 6 exercises .. I got instant relief from just 1st exercise.. i did 30 repetitions almost no pain.. however i shall continue doing atleast 5 recommended exercises daily to strengthen my foot ... Bahut simple h maine ek bar inko ek sath continueusually kr lee jisse pairo panje me thodi sujan aa gyee thi then after khopre ka tel ,bam aur voveran gel teeno ko mix krke panje k lgane k bad garm patti ko bandhna pd rha abhi recently. Exercise to bilkul theek h ho skta hmara method galat ho. Overall very good convincing.

Hi dear Nabin, cervical stenosis is very difficult to treat. However you may advise: 1) Cervical traction. 2) Avoid neck extension. 3) neck flexion exercises will help

Thanks for good information. Appreciated !! I am having back pain from last 1 year , I did MRI 3 times , 1 time in India and 2 times in Germany as I am resident of Germany , There is no issue in Back or spine . But I get sever pain in left heel once I started walking . Now Orthopedic doctor has stared Shock therapy on my heel and looks like it’s working . But how do I find out actual root cause of the pain ?

Just to add , In india doctor fooled me saying disc budge just for sake of huge money . That’s why I did MRI 2 times in Germany just to be 100% sure about back. But here also Orthopedic doctor is not able to find root cause of the pain. My pain starts from Back then goes into Butt and then in heel . Only Ieft side. Please provide your views

Good, but why you are showing your face rather than focusing on the target area where people can see clearly. The target areas that should be seen is blocked by your subtitle.

Sir, mere left leg ki heel main bohot dard hota he 3 month se.. Dr.ne medicine di. aur garm Pani me namak dalkar per rakhne ko kaha hai...lekin fir bhi aaram nahi hai...kya aapki batai gayi exercise se aaram milega....

EXERCISES try kariye iske sath maine apne channel pe kuch or effective or important EXERCISES batayi hai. Use bhi try kariye 👍
