I always use a creamy oat milk instead of coconut milk. A barista oat milk for example, but some normal types of oat milk are quite creamy as well

No. The recipes have to be followed exactly, and with ZERO changes.

I use plain dairy free yoghurt every time a recipe asks for coconut milk and it works perfectly.

I’m sorry but some of these measurements seem super off. How was that only one teaspoon of black mustard seeds and the amount of garlic for just 1 clove in the butter chicken recipe was more like 5

Not easy for me… too much ingredients too much searching chopping and measuring and I am missing at least 3 ingredients from each of those recipes
