I'm about 20 videos into my channel. Even in a short time it's crazy to see the difference from my first few to my latest few. I've found trimming the fat and pacing the video to be super important. I'm still working on that, but I've noticed focusing on those tips have really helped my video retention. Thanks for the great tips!

My biggest tip? Edit everything in proxy mode. If you're editing in original format, your computer will have to render every little edit that you make, costing you so much time. Change it to proxy and be amazed at how much faster your editing takes!

How do I add the sound effects efficiently to text pop ins? I struggle with that part.
@CalebOliver
@CalebOliver 3 жыл бұрын
Hey! You have to line the visual effect up with the audio effect in the editing software. After doing that watch that clip a few times and make the necessary adjustments to make sure everything is lined up correctly. Also some visuals come with audio, so those are already lined up correctly. I hope this helps! 😊👍🏾
@MagicMitch
@MagicMitch 3 жыл бұрын
After finding what sound effect you'd want to use with the text, you could put it on the timeline, play it back a few times to see if the timing is right, then nest/combine both of them together if you plan on using that effect on all your text pop ins 🌟😁👍🌟
