I'll do KZbin videos, learning to turn them out quickly while still having decent content, and I'll suggest ideas grandparents can use to use to create history-focused videos with their grandkids. I was just reading Tony Robbins new book, and in the first chapter he discusses again how he realized that the best way to figure out how to improve his life was to find people who had already done it, and learn from them. So this is a big point here. There are people who went from ZERO to 10,000 subscribers. It can be done. There are methods and paths to get it done. So hopefully, Heather can show us HOW to do it. SHE did it. This is the way SHE and others have done it, so it's learnable. That's very encouraging.

I really struggle with how to topics because in my own niche - (health and fitness) everyone wants “how to lose weight in 1 day” or “how to jump to x or y extreme” and my approach to health and nutrition is the exact OPPOSITE! It’s been a true challenge but with more and more videos I’m learning some of the pain points of my target audience ✨

Answer the specific question YOU want to answer for YOUR audience. You don't want the audience that wants to lose weight in ONE day. You want the audience that wants to "Lose weight and keep it off." or You want the audience that wants to "Lose weight without DIETING (i.e., practicing sound nutrition). The loose weight in one day people are not your audience. Follow YOUR passion don't chase after the quick fix something for nothing crowd. There are fewer people in YOUR audience but they will be more loyal repeat viewers.

Starting a new channel and so appreciate you and the team. We want to help recovering addicts and their loved ones. My oldest is a recovering addict and I am her loved one. It's been hard to find the time to create the videos. We have all these great ideas and I bought a camera, editing software and laptop. I even created the channel and we taped three videos we haven't had time to edit. I know we need to just do it.
