Well done with simple and clear explanation. The filming is exceptional, creating mood as well as capturing the action of each movement from every direction ... and the fantastic location! The overlay of graphics is not intrusive into the exquisite scenery and movements. Very thoughtful to show options for sitting positions in the internal Qigong.
