Alright here is a 5 exercise back workout that targets all parts of your back. First up is a chest supported horizontal row for the traps, rhomboids, and rear delts. Make sure to get a nice stretch at the beginning by rounding your back and protracting your scapula, then drive those elbows back at the end. Next up is a vertical pulldown, this time to target more of the teres muscles, again make sure to get a nice stretch at the top, and pull down towards your chest as you move slightly backwards at the bottom. Then onto our first lat movement, another vertical pulldown, this time for the iliac or lower lat fibers. Really focus on driving your elbow down towards your hip and squeezing at the bottom. Then for the second lat movement for a little more lumbar or middle lat is a cable lat pullover. Simply attach a pair of d handles to an ez bar to utilize a more neutral grip in order to keep your elbows tucked in as you drive the cable to your hips. And finally to finish off with some rear delts is a dual cable rear delt fly. Grab onto the cables, take a few steps back and straighten your posture, then pull out and back at a 45 degree angle keeping your arms straight the entire time.
I hope that helps and subscribe for more lifting tips! #Gym #Shorts

@@sarai004 it can be, but if its too much (like you cant do all of them with effort or you arent recoverying between sessions), feel free to break it up into 2 different sessions. :) gl at the gym. its normal to feel lost at first, you arent alone there :3 Maybe he should post a video series about how to make a workout program on your own for beginners.

@@sarai004 By 2 sessions I believe they mean to split this complete back workout into 2 different days. EX: One day you do 3 back excerise then the other day you finish it with the other 2. Also yes you can reduce the reps but if you are a beginner it’s a good idea to stick to no less then 8-12 so you can do all the reps and sets in a proper form.

Two things: One- it’s impressive as hell being able to rep 70-80 lb on your rear delt movement, that shit gasses me at light weight. Second- I noticed when you’re using the lat pulldown bar you’re leaning back and almost turning it into a row, but you said your first lat movement is actually in the exercise after that, so I’m curious what exactly you’re hitting there and how that differs from hitting your lats Keep up the work brother! You’re always an inspiration

I think this may be great accessory back work if you already have a foundation. All in all a good workout. But for beginners I suggest progressively overloading a vertical pull like pull ups, a horizontal pull such as inverted rows, dumbell rows. Tvlbar or barbell row, and ofcourse the deadlift. If your new then do like 10 sets of 10 reps of a really controllable weight. Like half your body weight. 3 days a week until your form is solid. Then do 5 sets of 5 of what you can do 10 of 15 times .every workout at 10 lbs until you are pretty exhausted after your workout. Now your form is dialed, your central nervous system is primed for the movement and you can start working on PRs. The entire deadlifting program will take about a month to get to a tough pull. 12 weeks into setting prs you will have added 100 to 200 lbs on your deadlift and no matter what anyone says. You basically double your deadlift your getting thicker than you were Throw the face pulls and reverse cable Flys on shoulder day and chest day to open up that thoracic and alleviate some imbalances.
